Environmental Principle
Meiwa Plastic Industries, Ltd is aware of the primary importance to harmonize the pursuit of management principle with the local environment. We contribute to the society through making an effort to reduce environmental burdens in the products and manufacturing process of environmentally-friendly phenolic resin.
  1. We strive to contribute to the conservation and improvement of local environment through our own development.
  2. We promote the continuous improvement activities by making clear our improvement program in addition to the set up of environmental intention and target.
  3. We proceed the energy saving , resorce saving and reduction of wastes , which lead to the reduction of environmental burdens .
  4. In the point of environmental issues, we observe the agreement of regional and industry organization in addition to the legal requirement.

Occupational Safety Principle
  1. We strive to make the workplace as we prioritize the safety in all activities.
    We enhance the human safety, machinery safety , construction safety and mental safety, which result in the established safety.
  2. We understand the principles well and build up the work climate which is self-sustaining by keeping the followings:
    ・To do what we decided
    ・To decide what we have not decided yet.
    ・To review what we decided.
  3. We make sure that we would enhance the educational plan and its follow-up after the practice.

  The junior soccer meeting in the western area of the Yamaguchi prefecture   ●The junior soccer meeting in the western area of the Yamaguchi prefecture  
The junior soccer meeting in the western area of the Yamaguchi prefecture is held in the Wide Field in Ube Technopark at the beginning of November every year. Elementary school pupils in the area join this meeting.
Some of these teams have reportedly achieved national level.
We at Meiwa have been joint sponsors of the meeting in order to help them realize their dreams.
  Ube Ekiden race meeting   ●Ube Ekiden race meeting  
The Ube Ekiden race meeting held along the walking trail of the Lake of Tokiwa on the first Sunday of February every year is a huge meeting joined by lots of people from junior high pupils to adults. We have been participating in the race meeting as co-sponsor ever since the No.23rd meeting in 2006.
